Investment
There is no better time to invest in yourself than now. Get the Support You Deserve.
Therapy is an investment that will change your life.
Investing in therapy can transform your life and bring lasting positive change. I believe in the value of mental health and the importance of investing in your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The tools, insights, and growth you gain from therapy will help you make lasting changes and achieve the personal goals you desire.
Therapy is an Investment in Yourself. When you choose therapy, you're choosing to invest in yourself. The benefits of therapy don't end at the conclusion of your sessions. They stay with you, empowering you with the skills and mindset to navigate life's challenges long after your sessions are complete. Therapy helps you become the person you want to be—empowered, confident, and fulfilled. Your well-being is worth the investment, and you’ll never regret it.

Diagnosis and Insurance Considerations
Please note that if you choose to use insurance for your therapy sessions, a mental health diagnosis will be required for reimbursement. This diagnosis will be part of your permanent health record. If you have any concerns or questions about this, feel free to discuss it with me in advance.
Why Consider Paying Out-of-Pocket for Therapy?
While using insurance can be beneficial, there are some advantages to paying out-of-pocket for therapy:
No permanent diagnosis on your record: This allows for more privacy and protection of your mental health information.
Complete confidentiality: Your personal records will not be shared with insurance companies.
More flexibility in care: You won’t be restricted by insurance company guidelines; instead, your care will be driven by our collaborative efforts and your personal goals.
