What we will do in a coaching session:

In a coaching session, we begin by identifying what’s going on in your life, creating a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly and process events, emotions, and challenges.

Through active listening and thoughtful questions, we explore your experiences and help you connect more deeply with your heart and true self. Sessions may include Sozo, prayer, and other heart-centered practices to help you find clarity and healing.

We'll also work on nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and developing practical action steps with accountability and compassion.

Together, we’ll build tools for emotional processing, self-connection, and identifying a support system to help you navigate life’s difficult moments.
