Faith, values, and beliefs are extremely important in the therapeutic process. One of my passions is working with Christian clients who are looking for support from a faith-based perspective. 

I believe that spirituality and emotional health are deeply entwined and that through relationship with God and the support of others, we can heal and become more free. As I have benefited from others walking with me through my own faith journey, I count it a privilege to walk alongside you through yours. I wholeheartedly believe in the work God is capable of doing in people’s lives and consider it a privilege to be a part of this work.

I also understand that not everyone comes from this background.  Wherever you stand, whether Christian, of another faith or non-religious, you will be respected and treated with non-judgmental compassion and grace.

  • No. While I offer Christian counseling for clients who request it, I also work with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re deeply rooted in your faith, questioning it, or simply curious about integrating it into therapy, you are welcome here.

  • That’s entirely up to you. Some clients prefer a more spiritually integrated approach, while others want therapy that aligns with their values but doesn’t include overt spiritual practices. We’ll tailor your experience based on your preferences and comfort level.

  • Yes — for many people, therapy provides space to process doubts, heal spiritual wounds, and grow deeper in their relationship with God. It can also help remove emotional blocks like anxiety, shame, or grief that may be getting in the way of your connection with Jesus.
